Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026
JuniorWealth ("we," "us") operates juniorwealth.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information we collect
- Email address — only when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. Signups are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and may be synced to our email service provider (such as Beehiiv) to deliver the newsletter. We record which page you signed up from so we can understand what content is useful.
- Usage data — we may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referrers, approximate region, device type). We do not sell this data.
- Contact messages — if you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond and improve the site.
What we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. JuniorWealth is written for parents and intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly (see COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506).
How we use information
- To send the newsletter you asked for
- To measure which guides and tools help readers most
- To respond to questions and correction requests
- To keep the site secure and functioning
Affiliate links and third parties
When you click a /go/ affiliate link, you leave our site and the destination company's own privacy policy applies. Affiliate networks may use cookies to attribute referrals; we do not receive your personal details from these clicks — only aggregate referral reporting. See our affiliate disclosure.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, database, email delivery), under their own confidentiality obligations, or if required by law.
Your choices and rights
- Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@juniorwealth.com
- California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor verified requests regardless of your state
Data retention and security
We keep subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to lose.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, note the change on the site.
